What's a sample? Each component is a row, each stream a column — and under
every cell sits the full versioned history of that value over time. A sample is one of
those versions: one timestamped value recorded on one stream. Sensor readings,
imported rows, derivation outputs — every recorded value is one sample.
Each plan includes credits at $0.01 each. Need more? Credit packs are available
at $0.015 each (10,000 for $150). Upgrading your plan is always the better value
for sustained usage.
These four resources have per-tier quantity limits. Trial is hard-capped; paid plans soft-cap
and bill a small monthly overage per excess unit. Everything else (data ingestion, queries,
AI, notifications, storage) is metered directly against your monthly credit balance —
see Credit costs by action below for those rates.

Trial caps are hard — data I/O pauses if exceeded. Paid plans never block: overage
fees are deducted daily from your credit balance and you keep working. Most accounts
never see overage at all because the included quantities are generous.

Credit pack: 10,000 credits for $150 ($0.015 each). Plan-included credits are
a better value at $0.01 each. Each plan includes a monthly
credit grant that matches the subscription price. Enable auto-refill to avoid
interruptions when your balance runs low. Dashboards, OData queries, and MQTT
connectivity are included at no extra credit cost.
* Per-model multipliers track third-party LLM provider pricing in good faith but
may lag behind vendor price changes — sometimes by hours, sometimes by weeks. Multipliers
may be revised at any time without notice and revisions are not retroactive. AI Assistant
credit charges are final once metered and are not refundable based on multiplier lag. See
Terms of Service Section 10.8.
